Jim did an amazing job replacing my gate and repairing my fence! He’s very efficient and pricing is fair. He also repaired additional boards on my fence that were loose. I highly recommend him for any of your fencing needs.

Jim did an outstanding job of installing our new mailbox and post. He replied to my request almost immediately, and he proved today that he is willing and able to tackle even the smallest of jobs. As an out of town landlord it is really hard to find a trustworthy handyman.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my prices are as well thought out and in concidering tear out removal of trash,and all phases,are at set rate to be competive with average.Usually start with 45/hr bases.untill more is learned about total and complete job.
Repeat customers are always due % of cost 10 to 15 percent of total min cost is 500.00 to receive discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are infinite # of ideas and personalitys I like to slowly get involved
as to not cause mixed messages or wrongly formed opinions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in building houses,commercial both new and remodel
for 34 yrs I have moved around a bit due to first marriage.Have blue print reading and drawing.education,have many skills due to Trade. I can get the just of what a customer would like and , engineer and draw what we are to Build or Remodel.
