What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing will be disclosed prior to any work being done. No additional charges will be added unless the client approves additional work or products beyond the scope of work already agreed upon.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will just need some basic info: aquarium size, type, and what specific work you would like done. I will then give you my price and estimated completion time for the work. If that looks good, then we can schedule a time to get the work done. Same day service is available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years in the professional aquarium industry. Experience in servicing aquairums up to 25,000 gallons, & 10+ years experience in design & installation in residential and commercial locations of aquairums up to 1,000 Gallons.
