I offer a Free 30 minute discovery call to learn more of the services that I offer and see if my services are a good fit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process that I use for working with a new customer includes a free 30 minute discovery call to determine what services are appropriate. After the initial sign up for services, a customized coaching plan is developed by both the customer and myself, which is individualized to meet the customers needs and ultimately helping reach their goals. At this time, we also work on determining if a weekly or biweekly session is appropriate for the customer going forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education includes graduating from an accredited school of nursing and have 30+ years of clinical experience in the acute care and ambulatory care hospital setting, caring for various patients with acute and chronic diseases and providing extensive patient education plans. I have also obtained certification for Health and Wellness Coaching and have had the opportunity to coach many clients helping them reach their health goals, using the SMART goal platform, nutritional recommendations tapping techniques, various breathing/meditative techniques and habit change coaching method.
