Very prompt response and kept me updated throughout the scheduling process. Kendra is amazing and did an excellent job! My house looks beautiful and she was even great with my nosey cat. I am extremely happy with the price, the quality of work and the communication. I have already scheduled my bi-weekly appointments!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different pricing packages based on the type of clean required. Our Move-in/Move Out packages are priced differently from our deep cleaning and then our Standard cleans. We have first time client, Veteran discounts amongst others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to understand if our new clients require a deep/standard cleaning based on conversation either via thumbtack or the follow-up call/text. We share a checklist of what would be covered in each clean, schedule the clean and then follow up with them after cleaning is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have from 10-20 years of cleaning experience backed by professional training on house cleaning as well as commercial and rental spaces cleaning.
