- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For commercial cleaning our price ranges from $.06 to $.14 per sq ft. as a starting base. We then factor in the time/workers needed to complete the job, as well as how many days per week the job is to be done. Discounts could be negotiated for veterans, retirees, elderly, and disabled. Move-Out & One-Time House Cleaning: 1 br, 1 ba. $75 2 br, 1 ba. $75 2 br, 2 ba. $85 3 br, 2 ba. $90 4 br, 2-3 ba $95 Windows, Ovens, Blinds, and inside Cabinets and Refrigerators - Add $30 for each; Commercial $50; Ceiling Fans and Spot-Cleaning walls @ $20 each, per room. Commercial-$40; Outside and inside windows are two separate jobs ($50 for each). NOTE: We do not clean windows, walls, or fans if a ladder is required to complete the service. Steam clean carpets-$30 per room. Strip/wax residential floors-$35 per bedroom, $45 each for living/family room. Strip/ wax commercial floors-Start @ $.26 per sq ft.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give a quote as required when the bid is submitted. However, we would like to meet with the customer at the place to be cleaned, before deciding on a final quote. The quoted amount could go up, down, or remain the same, depending on the work to be done and the time/workers required for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend workshops to learn more about cleaning techniques, and how to use specialized equipment. My basic cleaning skills came from my mother, who insisted on a clean home. Then 4 years as an infantryman allowed me to use those skills quite often. We are open and willing to learn new and better ways to maintain a clean and safe home or office.
