Jay Hill and Sean from Liberty Tradesmen did an excellent job at my home. They installed a new water PRV with an integrated pressure gauge and serviced/flushed my hot water tank. Their communication was great, they arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything clearly as they went. Friendly, professional, reasonably priced, and they even offer veteran/senior discounts. Quality work all around. I would definitely use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a Flat-Rate system for almost every job. This is so you know what you will pay when the job is done. No surprises!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pretty simple, we do the work, and we collect payment at the time of service. Special order products and Installs like Central Air, Mini-Splits, Re-pipes, Water Softener and Water Heaters we do require an upfront deposit of 65% to cover some of the material cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner served an apprenticeship in Washington State and received Journeyman certificate. Plumbed job jobs big and small in 5 western states, from entire sewer facilities to as small as simple hose bibb replacements....
