Wow! John is a professional! He was responsive to my search… maybe in five minutes we had an appointment…on the day of service, he was punctual and texted he was on the way… he was friendly and got right to work. Within 30 minutes John had repaired our trash compactor and was on the way to his next customer. John was fantastic. After having a miserable experience with the first 2 guys we hired off Thumbtack, we finally found John and got some relief. He drove to the opposite side of the valley to our house to fix our dryer and was extremely polite and professional. In and out in 30 minutes and the price was exactly as advertised. I’ll be calling him again the next time we need anything in the house repaired.
