- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever we arrive to a customers home, we like to make sure that we are respectful of their space, that includes putting shoe covers, masks, if necessary, and getting permissions. Once we do that, then we do a thorough and efficient evaluation just so that we are presenting the right solutions to whatever problem we are addressing.
