Paul is educated and professional when it comes to knowing everything about computers repair.My computer problems were resolved quickly, he went out of his way to have my computer delivered 27 miles away from his home office. I really was impressed with the COVID-19 certificate that he had for the cleanliness during the pandemic. We first used this service over 5 years ago. Paul was prompt, professional and definitely knew his business. His fee was more than reasonable. When we were recently hacked & our computer was held hostage we immediately called Paul. He quickly cleared the problems. In the process he found our hard drive quite worn. He said it could last another 3 years or crash in a few months. We had him put In a new hard drive. We were changed for the drive but there was no additional labor charge.He is the best in the area and is also Covid 19 certified. We recommend him without reservation.
