FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is unique, so pricing is based on the scope of work and installation requirements. I am able to offer flat rate pricing for basic install services. Free estimates can be provided for more complex jobs. I offer all of my customers the option to purchase materials ahead of the job and I can provide a list. I also offer service to do the shopping for you for 25% of the after-tax total. I charge a service call for troubleshooting jobs only. I charge a fee for requests to work outside of my service area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I interact with customers as promptly as I can via call, text, IM, or email. If I miss a call, it's because I have my hands full working a job. Please leave a message. When I show up to a customer's home I briefly enter and go over the scope of the work. I'll set up an ideal workstation with a table (if necessary) and tools and promptly go about the work. I don't believe in being strictly transactional. My business is about fostering relationships with customers and being in community as neighbors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of National Technical Institute with a Certification in Electrical Technology. I am certified in AZROC statutes and rules. I have a Master Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. I worked for a major home goods manufacturer for 8 years as a Quality Assurance Specialist. So, I have an eye for details and defects. I attended Grand Canyon University's College of Theology, hence the business name.
