I needed to replace my electrical panel, and I chose Gray Electric based on their expertise and fair pricing. The day of the install went very smoothly. The electricians were finished a few hours after they started, well within the promised range. (It took APS hours to show up to reconnect the meter, though. That wasn't Gray's fault.) I'll use Gray's for any future electrical work I need. I recommend them highly!

I had a great first experience with Gray Electric. They wired my wall for 2 sconces, added a new switch for them and installed the sconces. I am so pleased that they added the new switch beside an existing switch so it looks like it has always been there. They were professional, they listened to me and did a great job cleaning up. They are a pleasure to work with.

Excellent service from two gentlemen, Mason and Bryan. Troubleshooting took less than 30 minutes to figure out why my garbage disposal kept tripping my circuit breaker. It was a bad breaker itself, so Mason swapped for one that wasnt not in use and now my garbage disposal is functioning properly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service rate -
$150 per hour.
ESTIMATES ARE ALWAYS FREE INSIDE OF A 50 MILE SERVICE RADIUS OF OUR COMPANY ADDRESS. A $30 TRIP CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED.
A 4% processing fee will be applied to all debit/credit card transactions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to make contact, ask a few questions about the project and the homeowners goals. If and in person estimate is required, we will schedule this with the homeowner to take pictures, get measurments, or to get an understanding of the full scope of work.
Once in person estimate is completed, we will have and estimate with pricing our inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications included. Customer will have the option or accept or decline the estimate.
Once the estimate is approved, we will make contact to schedule installation.
A smooth, easy process for all parties involved!

Licensed Master Electrician with 10+ years of experience at all levels of the electrical trade.
