I wanted to leave some insightful feedback. Contacted customer crafts to assist with some damaged outdated drawers we had that had installed cheap $5-10 drawer side rail slides. The drawers I had in my kitchen were collapsed and collapsed as the side railings did not even have any support brackets to support the railings or the items in the drawer itself. My wife use to keep the kitchen condiments, chili powder, garlic and onion powders and all the delicious season bottles and the drawers collapsed each time upon opening. Custom crafts not only provided me a customized support bracket, installed some nice railings that can hold at least 100lbs, heck even some pots if my wife chooses too. The top drawer has a heavy duty side rail and the bottom drawer has heavy duty rails with soft close. I appreciate the time, patience and professionalism you showed me for this kitchen drawer project and looking forward to the custom living room media center door project you drafted for me. Picture of the cheap drawer side rails we had and photo of the drawer side rails installed. Photo of the draft of the next project we are going to have completed in about 2 weeks. Lastly,, thanks for also securing the dangling stovetop connection under the stovetop and behind the drawers that was impeding the two drawers from smoothly closing when pushing in the drawers. 🙏🤙✌️👍🏽🥳 Thanks again, Manny Army retired Combat disabled veteran
