- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is typically based on square footage, room & bathroom spaces, but we look into how we can condense timing on your projects in the future to our rather than the first job. Our pricing is based on a flat fee so you never have to be concerned with our work ethic, rather only our high standards to making your space shine!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet at the space we will be working so we can not only get an idea of what we will be working on, but typical areas that can be missed or have been neglected, along with preferences likes, dislikes, and security precautions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with 15 years of experience in the field, we establish standard operating procedures for each workspace, require photos of work, and education to staff specific to each customer and workspace.
