It was our first experience with a house cleaner, so we did not know much about what to expect. Colleen was very patient and understanding with all of our questions and was willing to spell everything out for us so expectations were clear. We had her do a deep clean on the house, including baseboards, fans, and blinds, as well as the usual stuff, floors, surfaces. Colleen and her crew did an amazing job! Only problem now that the husband sees how clean the house is, he expects it to stay this way all the time. Ugh. So....we hired Colleen for regular biweekly cleanings! She is very personable, responsive, and professional. Three things that are important to us when we leave someone unattended in our house. We were very pleased and look forward to working with her in the future!

I used Heart and Home for housecleaning yesterday for the first time; Colleen and her assistant arrived on time and got right to work. I had to leave to take my husband to urgent care, and they were gone when we finally got home. The house not only looked good but smelled good. Colleen went the extra mile by folding and washing items that were in the dryer and washer. Her prices are very fair. I am having Heart and Home return now on a regular basis. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did housekeeping for executives before I had kids then I took a 20 year break from the workforce to raise my kids but I will say I got tons of practice in housekeeping and such in that 20 years! Now I am re-entering the workforce.
