I used uhaul helpers before, and I hired Rambo 121 because they are professional movers. They way they wrapped packed and loaded my truck was incredible. They made everything fit with room left over! I got to my destination, and nothing moved or shifted. There was no damage to my items. I see the difference and why they are not just helpers but actually moving professionals! Thanks, guys!

The customer service experience was terrible. I had an agreement with this company to move my belongings. I spoke with the customer representative multiple times, emphasizing that some of my items were not boxed. She assured me that the price wouldn't change. To make a long story short, when they arrived, they increased my moving cost by $3,000. I immediately requested to cancel my move, but they charged me $150 for cancellation on top of the $100 deposit I had paid. I reached out to them, and they promised to call me back to discuss the issue, but they never did. To my surprise, they charged my card without my consent

Details: 1 bedroom home • Safe or security box moving • Equipment moving • 11 - 20 boxes • Load flat; no stairs or elevator • Unload via passenger elevator • 500 - 1,000 miles

We apologize you feel that way, unfortunately as you saw in the pictures sent directly to you nothing in the unit was packed and ready to go. As per D.O.T. and federal law everything must be packed in order to cross state lines it was not just a few things and would have taken much more time and resources at which you did not want to pay. We were informed that the person with the key would have extra boxes and would be packing up all the little things, that was not the case when the gentleman with the key was told that he looked at the unit and said he was going to be nothing besides leaving. As you were told on the phone the cancellation fee was applied when the crew was already at the unit when you cancelled.

I am highly disappointed with this company. It states $60 an hour initially and with a small job that took an hour and a half, I was overcharged. For an hour and a half, they moved a full size bed and frame with 4 bags. They are based in Goodyear and I live in Buckeye. The charge was over $400. It was documented on my end, an hour and a half job. The employee apologized for the over charge and credited me. I will never use them again. The very tall employee was professional and understanding. The other employee was vindictive I felt.

We are sorry for the misunderstanding. Rambo 121 does charge 60 an hour per guy per hour. When we scheduled you, You asked for 2 guys for 2 hours. Our crew accidentally charged for 3 hours when it was only 2 hours and we refunded you the extra hour on the spot, with you on the phone with us. You said our crew was amazing and even tipped the crew $54 dollars each, that is why the bill was so high because of your tip to the crew.
