He scheduled an appointment to fix my gate about 10 days after initial contact. On the morning of the appointment he sent me a message (not even a phone call) that something had came up and he would have to reschedule. Well, 4 days later and I’ve messaged him back a few times and no response to reschedule. Unprofessional to leave a customer hanging, so sorry he couldn’t even respond to let me know he wasn’t able to do the job so I could find someone else.
