Hello Ladies! My name is Ashley, my company, Bellatrix fitness LLC, is a private, fully equipped garage studio in Buckeye, AZ. I'm a personal trainer with a strong passion for fitness and nutrition, and a desire to help women not only lose weight, but to find their personal strengths and gain a happier, healthier lifestyle. I offer private personal and small group training for women of all ages for any goal you may have. Let's get started today!

Ashley de Jong is an amazing personal trainer. The part of her training I appreciate the most is that she really focuses on what goals you want to attain, and any problem areas you may have, but also provides helpful direction and advice on things that she thinks will help your overall health - things you probably have not even thought of. She's also very informative on what you are doing and why, and can knowledgably answer any questions you might have - whether it be about fitness or nutrition. She's more than willing to go the extra mile and help you with your schedule and your daily diet. She really got to learn me and MY body and recognized both my limitations and areas I could improve, and made me feel so much more confident in my own skin. Ashley helped me to reach goals that I wouldn't have thought to set in the first place. She helped me to see fitness/health in a different way and made it truly enjoyable while also challenging. The sense of satisfaction I felt after my workout was awesome! And with the basic knowledge she gave me, I feel confident that no matter where I move I wouldn't be swindled into having a subpar or even dangerous workout from any other trainer. She not only trains her clients, but she teaches them too. Ashley is honestly there to help, and your improvements make her just as happy as you. I 100% recommend Bellatrix Fitness and any trainer there, as I know Ashley would hire nothing but the best. You won't regret it.

Ashley is amazing! She totally kicked my butt- in a good way. She is challenging and also motivates you in a way that makes you feel like you can do what your mind is telling you that you can't. Only drawback is that she lives 5 hours away from me :( but if she didn't I would workout with her every week!!
