- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send an email with a link out to all new potential clients to fill out their information. There are about 5 questions that pertain to location, area you live, pets you have and dates of service. Once that is filled out, we will set up a meet and greet. Once the meet and greet is set up, this is a MUST before any services starts. Best to plan ahead before your travel dates, as I do not accept last minute requests. It's just a 1x visit, unless you get a new pet later on down the line. At the meet & greet, I meet with you & your pets, let them get to know me & make sure they are comfortable with me. We will go over scheduling, dates, and other questions you may have. Learn your pet's routine, quirks, where their food is, water bowls, litter boxes, where they sleep, all the fun stuff. We will also go over paperwork you have entered on the portal, which is filled out PRIOR to a meet & greet. Get keys, door codes & deposit before the first day of service. A meet & greet usually last about 30 mins to an hour. So, please plan accordingly for this time. After each & every visit you will receive a text from me with an update & pictures. Your pets are always provided with the best care.
