- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my shoots have a standard starting price set at $100. Usually depending on what the client wants, needs, location etc we go up from there. Each session comes complete with 20 edited shots (others take a little more and that’s fine) the biggest thing is I also do not set a time limit on sessions, I do not like to work with a time constraint because for some it takes a little longer to get comfortable, or if there are kids involved it varies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customers and get to know a little bit about them and what ideas they have for their session. I feel it is necessary to build some type of friendship or cordial relationship to be able to remove any awkward feelings or anonymity from any sessions. I am very friendly and this helps make the customer feel more relaxed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Like mentioned above, I started working at the age of 16. I am now 23 years old with a little over 6 years of experience behind the lens. Aside from photography, I have my Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice & Criminology from Arizona State University. Having worked while also being a full time student has molded me into a responsible, adult. I work well under pressure and will give my 110% with everything that I do.
