We had a roof leak that wreaked havoc on our upstairs walk in closet and ran down to the drywall on the first floor doorway. I get a referral for Nick at Servpro and contacted him. He came by to look at the damage and work up an estimate for repairs. He worked directly with my home insurance company adjuster and provided every piece of info needed to work with my insurance. Once it got approved, he began to schedule the repairs. The repairs are beautiful! You cant even tell repairs were done! Nick was so responsive both by text and phone calls, no matter if it was within business hours or after. Everyone that he sent in for the repairs in each step of the process were extremely friendly and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to use him again (hopefully it wont be needed) or to refer him to anyone that needs their service.Thanks Nick and crew!
