Called Servpro one evening about 7pm for water damage cleanup. Nick & the guys responded to the site within 1 hour. From the start, everyone was professional, polite, efficient, and interested in getting the job done! We worked with us & the insurance company. We had a delay with the cabinets but they hung in there & the job is complete & BETTER then before the damage. We would HIGHLY recommend Servepro of Buckeye again & again. Thx Nick & the Guys - you rock!

Above and beyond service! Pleasure having SERVPRO of Buckeye crew in my house. I Had water damage in my home due to my dishwasher leaking in my kitchen. Entire kitchen floor was covered in standing water and into my living room. Servpro clearly explained what they needed to do to dry out my home. Nick went as far as contacting my insurance adjuster and informed them of what needed to be done and he met the adjuster at my house to show him where it was wet and the progress of drying. Thank You Nick!

Sunday 12:00 noon, stepped in to newly purchased home to find garage, master bath and kitchen with standing water. Called Nicholas described my situation, they arrived at my house 2:00pm full crew with remediation equipment. Courteous, professional and went above and beyond during all of this ! ! Great guys.

My washer hose busted during my lunch break. I returned to water everywhere. I called my coworker who recommended I contact Servpro. Once they arrived I was educated on damage that water can cause. Nick and Tim gathered their equipment and started extracting the water from my carpet. Everything was quick and done professionally. Thank you guys!

We had a roof leak that wreaked havoc on our upstairs walk in closet and ran down to the drywall on the first floor doorway. I get a referral for Nick at Servpro and contacted him. He came by to look at the damage and work up an estimate for repairs. He worked directly with my home insurance company adjuster and provided every piece of info needed to work with my insurance. Once it got approved, he began to schedule the repairs. The repairs are beautiful! You cant even tell repairs were done! Nick was so responsive both by text and phone calls, no matter if it was within business hours or after. Everyone that he sent in for the repairs in each step of the process were extremely friendly and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to use him again (hopefully it wont be needed) or to refer him to anyone that needs their service.Thanks Nick and crew!
