With decades of hands-on plumbing experience, I bring deep knowledge to every job, from pipe repair and drain issues to water heaters and emergency plumbing needs. My family started our plumbing business years ago, and I’ve been fortunate to build lasting relationships with many loyal clients.
We’re a small, family-run team from california since 1989. We havent transferred our license from california as of yet. But we truly enjoy what we do. Even as licensing and locations change, our commitment to quality work and integrity never does.

James does fantastic work! We couldn't be more pleased. We have used him for two different projects and both times he was professional, offered great value and did quality work. He kept us informed along the way as he spotted issues and he offered us various recommendations for handling them. He closed off piping in the wall, installed new angle stops and supply lines; he put in a new water pressure valve, removed the old warn out toilet flange and installed a new one; replaced a few shut off valves and installed a new waterheater. We highly recommend James. He does great work with a smile and a wonderful hearty laugh. :-)

Our hot waterheater went out and I contacted James through Thumbtack in the morning and he responded immediately and followed up with a phone call. He was able to come out the same day and replace our hot waterheater, which was huge! James was exceptionally responsive, articulate and friendly. He gave me a no nonsense out the door price over the phone and that is exactly what we paid when he was finished with the job. Former us navy seabee and desert storm vet responsible for the hospital maintenance on the Persian gulf. Also worked for my father and uncles business in California since age 10.
