Based on the outstanding service we received, I have already highly recommended Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Yavapai to several of our friends and neighbors. Our friendly serviceman, Phillip, arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, explained the repairs needed, and what the cost would be (which was reasonable). We were impressed with the additional no-cost checkup he did including shut off valves, toilets, drains, and even the hot water heater! Thank you Phillip!

Great communication and service. Not only did they do the work, they explained to me how things worked and why they do it the way they do. Had issues for many years. Since they have cleaned out the fully system, we haven't had one issue. Highly recommended.

Mr Rooter's Staff are very through, Adam cleaned out our septic tank and cleaned the leach lines, Adam was very through with explanations on what he was planning to do and kept us in the loop about the progress he was making.
