Taylor was AWESOME!!He showed up on time,put coverings on his shoes,and was professional and up front on everything and communicated to me everything that was going on.I truly appreciated his professionalism and communication.I definitely will call Mr Rooter again for all my plumbing needs in the future and will ask for Taylor to do the job!

I had a leaking garbage disposal and called Mr. Rooter on a Saturday morning. Dan, the plumbing tech, was actually a little ahead of schedule and had the old disposal unit out and replaced in less than an hour. He did it fast and efficiently with no mess. I am very satisfied with the work that was done

James with Mr. Rooter was really helpful today. Water company came out letting us know that our home had a leak. Long short, found the main hot water line for home was leaking; you know, one of those under home, hard to reach, next to gas line, split with reducer.. Validated by watcing the main line meter stop increasing.. This was a double save; gas and water heater turning on and off to support a leak on hot line. Nice work James
