- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge fair pricing for today's times. We pay our technician very well and install high quality parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call us you will be greeted by one of our great CSR's and they will take all of your information and figure out how to help your situation. They will book one of our awesome technicians to come out as quick as possible to fix your issue. We will bill for the first hour up front and every 15 min that we are onsite after that. If you need additional work done we will put an estimate together while onsite and get your approval before we proceed. After we have taken care of you our CSR will follow up to make sure everything when as well as you expected. We treat you like family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Staff and Technicians are in weekly trainings to help learn the best ways to take care of you.
