FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are simple, but travel time must be considered. Booking fees are in place to hold your spot, as most weekends we not only entertain, we must turn down gigs due to staff limitations. Book as far in advance as you can. We have standing reservations from year to year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! The safety practices of hygiene and the chemical components of new products on the market require constant education on our part. There are conventions and classes that we attend, many requiring travel all over the US and even outside of the country.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Compare and ask questions! Look at website pictures and ASK if the photos are representative of the actual artist that you will be booking. Understand that many companies hire out other artists and what you see may NOT be what you are getting. Have reasonable expectations timewise for the entertainer. One hour for 20 kids is 3 minutes per child. That needs to include the actual painting, the choosing of the design, and the rotation of one child finishing up and the next getting into the chair. 20 children per hour is about the most that you can realistically expect from even the most experienced painter.
