I live in another and was in need of having a rather large sit/stand desk assembled for an office in Scottsdale. he showed up on time and ensured that mounting height was to my liking. He unboxed the 85inch tv and unboxed the tv mount as well. Despite tv being damaged upon delivery he assured me that he will happily come back once new tv arrives with no extra charges. Professionalism excellence!
