Keep away from this person,very rude and respond like a cretinous,looks like he likes the customers than do not make any questions about his products and services.As soon as I start doing some question,just to be sure that I was buying the right plan and service then he start been so rude,probably he likes the money but his not offering a good customer service. Very unprofessional person

CESAR A SANCHEZ - You are not even a client of ours, you are a lead that came thru that wanted something for free. We have all positive reviews and your account has already been flagged with Thumbtack Support. We took time and answered over 7 questions from you regarding our stock plans. You complained about the structural engineering cost, then asked if the structural engineering cost included a septic design (strange since you stated you were going to build the house yourself, if that were true you should know that structural engineering and septic designs are not the same). Lastly you wanted ResDraft to talk with your contractors along the way, all for the same discounted stock plan pricing. I kindly suggested you should go with the other company that is offering cheaper engineering and contractor support and wished you best of luck in your search. Jeremiah Patton Owner - ResDraft
