- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer clear, transparent and upfront pricing on all work performed. We will always take the time to thoroughly explain the pricing and answer any questions you may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will immediately follow up with your Thumbtack request for service, which begins with a text message on the Thumbtack platform. After you respond to our message, Thumbtack permits us to contact you on the phone number you provided. We will arrange to look at your HVAC system at your earliest convenience and make our technical experts available for any questions you have along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our combined technical expertise in the field represents decades of experience applied to all the jobs we do, small and large.
