- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do so many different types of projects that pricing is customized, but whether you need images for a website or social media or an in-depth video to tell your story, we’d love to learn more about you and the stories that you want the world to know about. We provide high quality work--a great value for what you receive. For headshot clients, we have some great packages and also offer events several times a year throughout metro Phoenix. These events allow us to streamline and offer our best pricing packages. For those looking for a total image refresh, we also offer LinkedIn portfolio reviews. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For headshots/portraits 1. Let us know what you want and we’ll tell you what it takes to get it (time, budget, etc.). 2. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll book your photo shoot and tell you how to prepare. 3. We’ll provide tips on what to wear and how to look your best and can hook you up if you want help with hair and makeup. 4. Whether you like having your picture taken or not, plan for a great experience—we specialize in making you look and feel great!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jim is a proud graduate of the Rocky Mountain School of Photography and an accepted member of the American Society of Media Photographers and the United States Association of Unmanned Aerial Videographers. Both Jim and Susan are professionals with a number of credentials and awards to back them up. Jim helps individuals and brands put their best foot forward visually. Even if you hate to have your photo taken, you will come away happy. From the studio to the board room to portraits on location, he loves getting to know each person he photographs and excels at drawing out personalities. Jim has earned two Emmy Awards for his motion work and is also an FAA-certified commercial drone pilot. Susan is Jim’s business partner and a writer, editor and public relations expert who has managed the reputations of Fortune 500 companies and nationally renowned nonprofit organizations. She has produced multiple award-winning videos and, in addition to managing the business and helping on shoots, she loves to shine the best light on individuals’ skills and experience with portfolio reviews and resume revamps.
