- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I offer one-on-one sessions over the phone and in person, I have noticed that coaching is most effective when done consistently over a three to six month timeframe. It is for that reason that I also offer three and six month packages, which can be done over the phone, in person, or a combination of the two. Contact me for more details on pricing and packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer complementary telephone consultations to all new clients to learn more about what they are looking for, explain more about what I do and how I can help, and pricing options.
