Exquisite Strides

Introduction: I have training and certifications in multiple coaching modalities, so my method is a sweet combination of all of them. For my in-person clients, what really stands out about the work that I do is the Equine Gestalt Coaching. As a certified Equine Gestalt Coach, my horses and I work together with clients to help them become the best possible versions of themselves. Clients learn about themselves on a deeper level, set and achieve their goals, work through trauma, develop healthier habits and relationships with others, and raise their self esteem. Through working with horses, clients find their truth, tap into their intuition, and work through those things that are holding them back. Helping others is my passion, so it never feels like work. I love that my horses and I get to work together in helping others work through those things that are holding them back so that they can find their joy. Horses are truly the best teachers.
