Todd was extremely quick to reply and visit my property to evaluate the scope of “rescue work” needed to complete baseboards and trim work. Great communication, excellent workmanship at a very fair price. I am sure I will be calling him again soon!!!

Hired Todd for a baseboard project and I am very glad I did!! I had two other installers do baseboards in my house and was not happy with the final product. Todd was unbelievable. He bid our project off of measurements we took and a picture. Then, he showed up on time and started to work immediately on removing our old gate, preparing the area for install, and hauling all of his tools and necessary supplies to the location of our yard. He meticulously went about installing a block wall to match exactly like our other walls of the yard, even making sure the block separation lines matched. One of the best contractors we have ever hired on Thumb Tack. I would highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $65 per hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone about the project. Then I come see the site and write up a time and material estimate. Once we agree on the scope of the project, I collect material costs and do my order. Once the material is delivered, I get to work. Total cost of the project is due upon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Union and non-union experience. Residential and commercial. I’ve been boots on the ground and I’ve run crews. I know all aspects of the trade.
