- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rates are all-inclusive. We have a return trip charge in lieu of our hourly rate for the crew's return trip. We never charge extra for plastic wrap, miles, fuel, equipment, stairs or furniture assembly (we don't even have tax!) You only pay our hourly rate plus the return trip, that's it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to discuss your move and expectations, and see if an in home estimate is needed for your project. If no in-home estimate is needed, we can have you on the schedule and back to your busy day within 5 minutes.

We have worked all over the valley with every different type of customer!
