- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee for my time and expertise based on your budget. I will also charge a 14% vendor commission for all contracted vendors specific to your event. Charges will be outlined an initial quote. I do have a wholesale discount on party supplies and will happily pass on the discount for all purchased. I am honest and transparent about the expenses of you event. When working with me, you can expect a detailed explanation of each line item and overall cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I will obtain contact information and send an introductory questionnaire to the client. Next, I will schedule a call to discuss the event in detail. Third, I will create a quote and submit to the client for approval. I will then begin to work on the project and will schedule another call or in-person meeting to review design/concept/timeline, etc. Any additional calls or meetings will be scheduled at that time per our timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration with a concentration with Entertainment and Event Management. I also have a Masters in Hospitality. Successful completion of Bartending and Mixology Course at ABC Bartending School. Cicerone Certified Beer Server certification.
