On the day of your appointment, we will notify you via text when our crew is en route with an exact ETA. If no one is present at the service address, nobody answers the door, or if access cannot be gained using the specified remote method (e.g., Wi-Fi lock, garage keypad, unlocked gate), the following steps will be taken: • The Crew Leader and Office will attempt to contact you via phone call and leave a voicemail if possible. • Next, they will send you a text message. • We will wait up to 35 minutes for your arrival. • If communication is not received and access cannot be gained, the appointment will be canceled, and deposit forfeited unfortunately. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION REQUESTS* Payments and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once submitted, they cannot be reassigned to another date, time, or service. Upon confirmation of your appointment, that specific time slot becomes unavailable for other clients. Consequently, rescheduling or cancelling an appointment is not permitted once it has been booked and confirmed. We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you need to reschedule, you will be required to initiate the booking process anew by canceling the original appointment, submitting a new deposit, and securing a new date and time.
