- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $25 a trip for Weekly Pool Service. This includes everything. We manage all your chemicals, and treatments that may be needed. We look after all the equipment that will need some maintenance every once in a while. Backwashing the filter, keeping the water leveler adjusted, programming equipment run times, adjusting and maintaining cleaning and heating systems , maintenance and replacement of orings
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its easy just give us a call or send us a email with any questions or concerns you may have. we will schedule a appointment with you to introduce our selves and to address your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I stay up to date on all training materials and classes. Cpo certified and a general contractor
