I really wish this could be a 5 star review.But.. We hired Dean to install a water filtration system as well as water softening system. We got 2 quotes they were both in line with eachother. We chose to go with the small/local guy we like to do business with smaller businesses. Everything seems okay with exception of one thing he ran my water lines, (I ONLY SEEN THE AFTER RESULTS WE NEVER DISCUSSED ROUTING ALONG BODY OF MY HOME OR I WOULD HAVE REJECTED THAT ROUTE) southern exposure, along the body of the house and soldered against my stucco leaving burnt marks.(SOLDERING AGAINST THE STUCCO WITHOUT A SOLDER BLANKET IS NOT ACCEPTABLE)That is not the biggest problem. we live in Phoenix and the water comes out so hot we cannot use it until the hot water runs through the pipes. (THE EQUIPMENT IS FULLY ENCLOSED AND IS ON THE EAST SIDE AND SINCE RELOCATING THE PLUMBING THE WATER IS NOW BEARABLE) I contacted him and made him aware of my concerns he basically brushed me off. I recently had to have a plumber out to move the water lines underground and it cost me a FORTUNE! He really could have saved us a major headache by putting the water lines underground. I would have dug the trenches for him.(YOU DID TREAT THE HARD WATER THANK YOU BUT WE PAID YOU WELL FOR YOUR SERVICE)(PS I WOULD AS A BUSINESS OWNER SAY IM SORRY YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WHAT I CAN I DO TO CHANGE THAT)

So sorry Paul was not happy with the install I did for him. He did however approve the routing of the pipes before and after installation, as for the water coming out hot, he may not realize that being on a well with a pressure tank and having the treatment equipment outside the water will always be the same temp as the ambient air temperature, not entirely due to the piping. We put in a great system for him treating very very hard water (38 grains) that was also 3 times over the limit for nitrates and also put in a great RO system for the drinking water needs of the family. They now have clean safe water. If they have any issues they are certainly welcome to contact me.

As a family owned and operated company you will speak directly to Dean the owner, operator and installer or Meghan, Dean's wife and company accountant. We are happy to answer any and all questions you might have and will help you pick the best equipment for your needs at the best prices.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dean has over 27 years experience in the water industry. Starting out in municipal water service Dean is a Grade 4 ADEQ Certified Water System Operator in treatment and distribution. This gives Dean the unique understanding of what's in your water and the best ways to treat it.
