- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are upfront with our pricing, you will know what you will be charged before we show up to your home. We will always send you our price sheet upfront. You can rest assured you will never get the high pressure sales pitch, only honest answers to your questions. As a veteran owned company we are happy to offer 10% discounts to fellow veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a family owned and operated company you will speak directly to Dean the owner, operator and installer or Meghan, Dean's wife and company accountant. We are happy to answer any and all questions you might have and will help you pick the best equipment for your needs at the best prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dean has over 27 years experience in the water industry. Starting out in municipal water service Dean is a Grade 4 ADEQ Certified Water System Operator in treatment and distribution. This gives Dean the unique understanding of what's in your water and the best ways to treat it.
