Dwayne is a rockstar! Came out early, explained what my end goal was and got it done. I should have called bleuwave three years ago.
Really though, my problem was that my condensation line was going to the secondary and dripping from the top outside when it used to drop down near the bottom (primary line) after emergency air and cooling installed a new AC/heating system. Couldn't get the OG guys to fix it after calling them so.many.times. Now I'm super happy!

My technician was Jerrod Coger, and he did a great job for us. Was on time, made quick repairs, and was a real pleasure to speak to. I was also extremely impressed with Bleuwave's excellent communication and updates, especially the technician tracker. Overall, such a great experience that I even signed up an annual membership, which was an excellent value.
