I paid over $1200 for my AC unit drains to be unclogged and refrigerant to be added to my unit. I should have gotten another estimate (that was my fault), I was just wanted my AC to stop dripping water. I felt deceived and was still being pressured, my technician wanted to charge me $400 to tighten a bolt and explained that the change was for liability purposes. This is the nightmare I’m always afraid of when dealing with home maintenance issues.
The best of the very best! I got a problem with my pretty expensive Variable Speed 18 SEER Trane AC, it started leaking, dripping water right under the blower cabinet. I called this company and in about an hour if not less Colbie came to my house, found the reason and pretty quickly fixed the issue. At the same time he gave me a few very valuable advices, including the filter quality and what exactly is recommended for our hot AZ. I was very impressed with Colbie's skills and attention to details. The charge was more than affordable. Colbie also showed me a way to quickly test AZ right from my room without disconnecting pipes, etc. Very helpful to keep my unit in the best shape possible. I will definitely call this company net time when I need help! Highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors! Luckily they are located in a mile from my home!

I received great service for my airconditioning unit from Colbie, a technician with Superior Heating and AirConditioning. No need to look anywhere else, because this is a caring, reliable and honest company. The technicians know what theyre doing and gladly answer questions from the home owner. Recently I changed my thermostat to a user friendly ecobee, with help from Colbie. I have confidence Superior Heating and AirConditioning will keep my unit working well.
