I had two failing ac units and wanted something different than what everyone was pushing and limited equipment options. I acquired my own equipment having a high level understanding of hvac and needed to maximize performance and budget. I reached out to several companies willing to handle the install on Thumbtack. Not all companies will do it. Tropical was on board and undertood the task at hand. It’s a lot of money any time something like this fails. Tropical was really fair with me and no surprises. They had great communication and was willing to start that day. We scheduled a day out so I could be on site. Thumbtack worked great to forward info back and forth so they had input and clarity.
