Highly recommend Omar! Our AC unit went out, and he was able to come out the same day, diagnose the issue, and get everything back up and running. He quickly determined that the capacitor was the problem and had it fixed right away.Omar was prompt, professional, and great with communication throughout the entire process. Its hard to beat same-day service, especially when your AC goes out in the Arizona heat! Really appreciate how quickly and smoothly he handled everything. Well definitely be calling him again for any future HVAC needs.

I had a roughly 15-year-old AC unit, and I knew I was getting close to the point where Id need to replace it. Im a little bit of a DIYer, so I always kept up with the maintenance, changed the filters, and took really good care of it. Honestly, 15 years was a pretty good run.Being in Phoenix, I dont mind spending a little more for a quality AC system. I wanted a new Trane system installed because I had done my research, I trusted the brand, and it was highly recommended to me. Its definitely a more expensive, premium system, but I feel like youre getting what you pay for. I plan on staying in this house for a long time, so investing in comfort was important to me.I started getting some quotes and looking around. Fortress is a newer, up-and-coming company, so I was honestly a little skeptical about trying them at first.But my brother recommended them after someone he trusted had used them and was extremely happy with both the work and the pricing. And my brother is pretty frugal and wants the bestfor the best dealso if he was recommending these guys, I figured he must have done his research.I thought, it couldn't hurt to see what they had to say.When Omar came out, he was immediately professional, friendly, and thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions and even went up into my attic in the middle of that Phoenix heat to inspect my existing unit.What really impressed me was that he told me my 15-year-old AC was actually in great shape and that I could probably get a few more years out of it. He basically told me I didn't need to replace it yet.When someone is potentially looking at a $30,000 project and the guy is willing to tell you that you don't need to do it, that says a lot about his character and the company.When I did decide to move forward, the price was very fair. It wasn't the cheapest quote I received, but it wasn't the highest either. I didn't want to go with the cheapest option because I've learned you usually get what you pay for. After doing my research and comparing everything, Fortress was right where I wanted to be.Omar also stayed in communication throughout the entire process. He gave me his number, kept me updated, and always got back to me the same day whenever I had questions.Installation day was just as smooth. They showed up when they said they wouldactually a little earlyand got right to work. Everything went exactly as planned.I've had the new Trane system for about a month now, and I couldn't be happier. My house has never felt this comfortable, and it cools down so quickly. It's absolutely perfect.I don't normally have a go-to guy for different home projects. I usually just go by word of mouth and get a few quotes. But as far as my AC goes, I think Omar at Fortress is my guy from here on out.Lifelong customer now.Period.
