I wish I could give higher than 5 stars. I had them look at my high efficiency trane AC system after it had been non functioning for almost 3 weeks. I had 3 other techs from other companies look at it and were unable to fix, they overcharged me, and never showed up in the comitted time window. I found this company in desperation using AI search, they were top of the list of 5 recommendations given my prompts. They heard about my bad experience with other companies, fit me in late on same day i called. PDQ AC tech Chase, was timely, professional, extremely knowledgeable on high end tranes, identied the problem, ordered the replacement part, stayed in continuous communication. Part was installed promptly, and AC up and working quickly. In discussions with Chase, I learned the company is family owned, and are truly trying to build a reputation on skill and professionalism, not seeing everything as an opportunity to upsell. I've used several AC companies over the 20+ years I've lived in the Valley. This is the best by far!
