I reached out to Elevation through the thumbtack app. Issac was out that day to provide a quote. I was scheduled for the next week. Rigo and Lance showed up on time and ready to go. They pressurized the house to check out the duct work, ensured everything was sealed, and installed the insulation. They were cleaned up and done in less than three hours. We're already noticing a difference.

Communication and quality are very important when hiring services to maintain my home. Elevation exceeded both of these expectations. Hayden explained the services offered, their processes and made recommendations to meet the SRP rebate requirements before I made my decision; I received 2 other estimates and Elevation was in the middle. Javier was the lead on my home and communicated when he would arrive, what assessments the team would perform and based on those findings, what work needed to be done before installing the insulation. When the work was finished Javier ensured the work areas were clean and explained the package of photos, before and after , I would receive. Great all around services!

The crew was very pleasant and professional; even alerting us to the fact that our elderly, nearly blind dog had fallen into the pool and was having difficulty climbing out (who was rescued). The weather is currently mild so any difference in heat/cooling loss isn’t readily detectable, but based on the insulation and duct sealant added I am expecting significant improvements in energy bills.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Elevation is with the Home Performance with Energy Star program that offers rebates for customer's that are in SRP and APS service areas. We will beat any quote offering the same service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up install date and be prepared to be wowed. Our installs take about 3 to 4 hours to do. Typical improvements will be around 8 to 15 percent of the electric bill. After the work is completed we will provide an audit report with before and after pictures showing savings the customer can expect from the materials and work we did.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 2 employee's that are BPI and NADCA certified. We are also the 2019 and 2020 Home Performance with Energy Star Contractor of the year.
