Pete was quick to reply and very professional. He was able to give me a quote before even looking at the attic. Which I thought was impressive and showed is knowledge of the model home, it's needs, and experience from previous work in my neighborhood. Pete then went in the attic and shown me the work needed to properly insulate my attic. He had shown me photos of the previous work of homes in my neighborhood that his team had done to help me understand the final outcome. Pete was able to schedule the install next day and a great rate! Very competitive! On the day of install, the Elevation team was very respectful and professional. Would recommend.

I had to work the day of the insulation being blown in but my dad was there and said they were very professional and did an outstanding job and very efficient! This comes from a man with construction background and critiques work done. He received their information so they can come to his house as well.

Took the job on short notice. Prices were the best I've seen. Took the time to add additional education on the call and in person. Workers cleaned up after themselves and we're personable! There office was responsive!

What a great service. If you need insulation don’t waste your time looking around. Just hire Elevation. It’s not just insulation that they offer they also seal and items that are not properly insulated and explained and show you photos. Amazing work. Thank you so much.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Elevation is with the Home Performance with Energy Star program that offers rebates for customer's that are in SRP and APS service areas. We will beat any quote offering the same service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up install date and be prepared to be wowed. Our installs take about 3 to 4 hours to do. Typical improvements will be around 8 to 15 percent of the electric bill. After the work is completed we will provide an audit report with before and after pictures showing savings the customer can expect from the materials and work we did.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 2 employee's that are BPI and NADCA certified. We are also the 2019 and 2020 Home Performance with Energy Star Contractor of the year.
