I noted a wire that he missed and he took care of it. In and out in about 1 hour. Some of the concerns turned out to be zip ties that e not cut.

I thought $300 a little steep for a consult, however they were able to diagnose a bad battery and take care of LG sending me a brand new one, and I received it quickly. That was awesome and I was surprised how painless it was.The pain came, however, when they quoted me 6K to swap out the batteries. The math doesn't math, so I found another provider to do this work.That being said, both the tech who came to my house (Daniel) and the sales rep back at headquarters (Zachary) were courteous and professional. Zachary even took time and explained to me why the labor was so expensive.
