When it comes to cleaning carpet correctly, your equipment is the most important factor. Our truck mounted system is the best in the business. I can control the pressure and steam temperature from the control panel. The vacuum blower is huge so that all of the dirt, dander and residue are extracted back to my trucks waste tank, which means a cleaner carpet, and a very quick dry time. There is NO equipment better anywhere. Another reason our results are better than the rest is that I use a rotary-jet-extractor. Most other cleaners use the "wand" as an attachment. While a wand has its place on my truck, it is my less preferable way to extract carpet. My high speed RX-20 rotates to clean all sides of the carpet fiber. I believe the reason most other cleaners don't have one is due to the cost. ($2,995). I almost use it excusively for all of my carpet cleaning jobs, and I know it's the best method for all the restaurants that I clean monthly. Knowledge of the cleaning process and what type of carpet is best clean/pre-spray with the correct detergent is definitely a contributing factor in how well a job turns out.
