Changing careers at 45 was, to say the least intimidating especially the technology part!
Computer skills that used to be only for specific positions are now considered " the bare minimum " building Spreadsheets, creating PowerPoint presentations, ect. We're just a few of the things it was assumed I already had, so I needed to get up to speed quickly! Heather broke it down for me quickly and easily. I think the most helpful thing was she was able to quickly assess exactly what I already did and didn't know and where I was in my knowledge so she could start teaching at exactly my level!
I highly recommend her lessons no mater what level you are at!
