I started my search for cleaning services Wednesday, November 20th. I heard back from Natalie within the hour and had a consult scheduled for Thursday, November 21st, 4hrs after my search started. Natalie was punctual and professional when she showed up, informing me that she was the scheduler and also assisted with cleaning when needed. We walked my 4 bed 2-bath house in less than 15 minutes. 1hr later I had a quote for a deep clean, 3hrs after that I had a cleaning scheduled for Saturday November 23rd at 8am!
Natalie was on time and personable, Saturday morning, and the 2 of them knocked out a deep clean of my property (which was filthy) in a few hours. The place was sparkling, I barely recognized it! You could literally eat off the floor of the bathroom it was so clean. The kitchen, microwave and stove were immaculate, it made me feel so good to have a clean space again…it had been such a long time! Ty so much Natalie, I really appreciate you. You really saved a life! I would absolutely recommend Natalie’s cleaning services to anyone going forward. I will be having them do bimonthly upkeep on my home as well.
