I’m never cooking for a party I’m hosting again! Chef Jonny made an amazing Italian, buffet-style meal that was a hit with all our guests. 10/10 would hire again. So delicious!

Details: Holiday meal (Mother's day, Valentine's day, etc.) • 11 - 20 guests • Dinner • Cocktail hour / hors d'oeuvres • Premium (high end ingredients) • Dessert • Italian • Meal prepared onsite • Only once • My home, venue, etc.

I hired Jon this summer for a taco bar for a last minute event, he was responsive and made it happen. All of my guests were raving about the salsas and the variety of toppings. The food arrived hot and he stayed to serve food, refill and keep the buffet table clean, which I didn’t expect. I do wish I would have ordered more desserts, but the churros and caramel sauce were delicious though! I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and hiring him for my next event.

Dear Jonny, I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful presentation of food at my mother's "Celebration of Life" event. The food presentation was alluring, healthy and flavorful and to see gluten free items was wonderful. However, the GF foods became cross contaminated by some of our guests, as my son suffers from severe celiac disease. He was very pleased to see that there were GF items available for him to enjoy, but when witnessed the cross contamination, he was unable to enjoy it. The presentation of the food was fabulous. My family are very well please with your menu and services. Had our person responsible for hiring for our event, informed you of the food allergy, I am confident this incident would have been avoided all together. I hired Chef Johnny for a family get together last week and let me tell you I’m going to have to budget him into my life more! He blew us away, all the meals were so delicious and prepared all to our liking. I’m dairy free so it has its restrictions but he did not disappoint one bit!! I will absolutely be hiring him for future get togethers, parties, honestly anything so I don’t have to cook for my big family 😅 thank you chef Johnny!!! His prices were so reasonable and he even left my kitchen more spotless than it was when he arrived!

I hired Chef Jonny for a private dinner, and the food was outstanding. Not only was his food exceptional but I enjoyed having him around as he was so lovely AND he was very courteous. The braised short rib was so tender and literally fell off the bone. My guests all enjoyed their meals and he was accommodating for our dietary preferences. The communication was great during booking and he showed up on time and left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived!!! I will definitely be hiring him again for my next dinner party and/or brunch!!

I like to start with a quick phone call to get to know you and what you’re envisioning for your dinner, event, wedding or party, then I put together a menu for you to review. I offer a contract to guarantee my work, and an invoice, and then you can sit back, relax and get ready for an unforgettable and delicious meal!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customer from a couple celebrating an anniversary to funerals, and large weddings. I specialize in dinner parties for up to 12 guests, but can also offer buffets and plated meals for larger gatherings and celebrations
