- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I've been known to throw a discount or two in my clients direction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a time to meet with them so that we can discuss their project in person and so that I can get the visual they have in mind. With a little extra time spent and attention on our part. We can work with the customer to achieve the look they want. Once my run down matches the clients and I describe their vision back to them, we can move on to other items, such as discuss a start date.?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Painting, carpentry, and masonry course work with classroom hrs and hands on training. I've attended college for two separate associates degree's. One for computer technologies and the other for Business.
