He spent time thoroughly going through my iMac. Was familiar with the engineering, software, etc. cleaned up all the wiring underneath and gave advice for future devices and additions. He answered questions in a non-condescending way, professional, and was accommodating. When asked to look further into an application that was causing me untold distress. He cleaned that up and still did not charge me for that additional service. His prices are reasonable and he is of the highest caliber, professional and human being. Would recommend him to any thumbtack user or anyone who asks me for a recommendation on computer repair, installation of additional devices, etc. he is patient, understands his clients and knows what customer service is

Max was the utmost professional when it came to finding my computer issue and resolving. He was very punctual and got right to it. After fixing the original issue he then went above and beyond to install my ssd which I was so thankful for. I will be for sure using Max in the future for any other computer issues.
