FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat fee and hourly depending on the job, some requests just don't fit neatly in a single category.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get an idea of what you need done, get a date/time/location set, and have you fill out a necessary paperwork in the interim.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Your friends, neighbors, local shop owners...the people you know and care about are my kind of customers.
